The Fastest 5 Minute Vegan Ricotta Recipe Around!

Yesterday I did my first live! I was so nervous but I shared this amazing Vegan Ricootta Recipe.

I told You I would share it with you this Friday so here is the official full recipe!

Vegan Ricotta

1.5 oz firm tofu
0.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp. miso paste
1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped herbs of choice
Salt and pepper to Taste


  1. Crumble the tofu with your hands. Make it a nice even consistancy. Using a fork mix in the miso paste and garlic.
  2. When it is all crumbled nicely add in everything else!
  3. Mix up and it is ready to go!

For me I have this vegan ricotta almost everyday on my Balsamic Ricotta Toast! It is so delicious and light.

You can use this Ricotta is pretty much anything!
