Although I have not been working with Jess for very long yet, what impresses me about her is her genuine commitment to fitness. She understands better than anyone how difficult working out while managing a chronic health issue is, however she is a fantastic example herself of how it is possible to do so. She understands how to read my energy levels and knows when to push and when to lessen the load and just work through muscle movements and stretches, and she has provided me with multiple exercises and stretches to do on my own time to strengthen my weak areas.
