Scrambled Tofu “Eggs”

Do you like scrambled eggs?
Have you ever thought to try Tofu Scrambled Eggs?

Tofu scrambled eggs are a fantastic alternative for those of us who want to lean more vegan without going vegan all the way!

I like to used tofu scrambles in my Mexican scrambled bowls!

Its pretty simple.


8 ounces firm tofu (225 g)
1/4 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard

  1. Crumble your tofu into bite size pieces (i crumble mine with my hands and a fork)
  2. Heat up an oiled frying pan and add your tofu pieces.
  3. Toss is all the remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove immediately and add all your yummies!

For my Mexican scramble bowl I have homemade hash-browns with taco seasoning, tomatoes, guac, shredded cheese (vegan) and salsa!

Enjoy it hot and immediately. Voila! Vegan Scrambled eggs, for those of us who want to try the vegan diet a bit more.
